Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Recruiter to support our ever-growing retail division in KSA. You will play an integral party in the growth of one of the regions leading luxury and fashion companies.

As a leader in luxury retail in the Middle East, Al Tayer Group's retail division, Al Tayer Insignia, hosts a portfolio of some of the world’s best luxury brands in the fashion, jewellery, home and department store categories. Complementing its position in luxury retail, Al Tayer Insignia has also built new frontiers in lifestyle retail, representing leading brands in the Beauty, Home, Fashion and Hospitality sectors. Responsibilities

As a Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition Team, you will drive the hiring across you designated departments. You will support with managing the full sourcing and selection journey across your specific allocated departments. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with your stakeholders and HR Business Partners, working closely with them to develop a pipeline of high calibre candidates to ensure minimal headcount impact to the operation.
