Job summary

Moyasar Financial Company is seeking an HR Specialist - Recruitment to join our HR team and support hiring as we grow in fintech and payments. You will manage the recruitment journey from sourcing to onboarding, helping us attract talent across technology, business, and corporate functions.

You will source candidates, screen CVs, interview, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines while ensuring ATS data accuracy and a smooth offer/onboarding process across multiple vacancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies across functions.
• Proven ability to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Arabic and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for growing teams.
• Keep ATS and recruitment data accurate and up to date.
• Support offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Track recruitment KPIs and hiring progress.
• Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
