Job summary

CLEAR - Field is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and enhance our recruitment strategies in Riyadh. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s growing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage ATS and HRIS systems, and stay compliant with labor laws. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in talent acquisition are required, with proven success in senior or lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with senior/lead level success.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software; familiarity with HRIS and analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to recruitment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to source and attract high-quality candidates across various functions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leads to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
• Leverage various sourcing channels including social media, job boards, networking, and professional organizations to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to monitor hiring metrics and optimize processes.
• Coach and mentor junior recruitment staff to enhance the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven success in senior or lead roles.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple departments and levels.

Technical Skills
