Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including senior/lead roles.
• Experience recruiting across multiple departments and levels.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract high-quality candidates across functions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including posting, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and create targeted plans.
• Leverage sourcing channels (social media, job boards, networking) to build pipelines.
• Maintain and improve candidate experience throughout the process.
• Use ATS and analytics to monitor hiring metrics and optimize processes.
• Coach and mentor junior recruitment staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices.
