Job summary

Golden Elite catering services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in Riyadh, partnering with hiring managers to forecast staffing, attract qualified candidates, and deliver a positive hiring experience. This role also supports workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, agencies, and networking events;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for operational, technical, and corporate roles.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and recruitment best practices.
• Experience with workforce planning is an advantage.
• Professional HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop hiring plans.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment agencies, and networking events.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare job offers and support salary negotiations.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and recruitment KPIs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company recruitment policies.
