Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and provide accurate and clear information.
  • Find timely solutions for customer issues.
  • Handle difficult or disruptive customers professionally and calmly.
  • Receive and process customer inquiries efficiently.

Compensation
  • Competitive salary package of 6,635 SAR per month.
  • Monthly English language allowance of up to 500 SAR, subject to company’s policy.
  • Monthly performance allowance up to 25% of the salary based on KPIs.

Working Hours
  • Five working days per week.
  • 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
