Job summary

Master Works is seeking a seasoned professional to support T24 ERP Accounting and system mapping activities through coordination with operations, data gathering, system analysis, reporting and reconciliation.

You will develop and maintain accounting entry models and mapping logic, generate trial balance reports, and reconcile results with Oracle files, ensuring accuracy and timely updates based on business feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in T24 ERP Accounting and system mapping.
• Experience gathering accounting entries data from T24.
• Experience coordinating meetings with Operations.
• Experience with T24 categories and current mapping.
• Experience creating accounting entry models and mapping logic.
• Experience with TB reporting and reconciliation against Oracle files.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings with operations to discuss and gather requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate andhelpmeetings and discussions with operations.
• Gather information related to Accounting Entries from operations.
• Conduct comprehensive data gathering from the T24 system, focusing on:
• T24 Categories.
• T24 Current Mapping.
• T24 Company codes and its relation to thetransactionsentries.
• Creatingcategories and internal accounts ifrequired.
• Manage the output reporting from T24, including Trial Balance (TB) generation.
• Analyze system results across L1, L2, and L3 layers and reconcile them against Oracle files.
• Develop andmaintainworking models for accounting entries.
• Implement immediate updates to mapping logic based on feedback from business.
• 5 years of experiencein T24 ERP Accounting & System Mapping.
