Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Professional accounting qualification is an advantage (CPA/ACCA/CMA/CA).
• 4–7 years of experience in ERP Finance implementations and support.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Fixed Assets module configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide ERP solutions for Fixed Assets processes.
• Configure and support Fixed Assets functionality, including asset capitalization, depreciation methods, asset transfers, retirement and disposal, and revaluation.
• Ensure integration between Fixed Assets and GL, AP, procurement, Inventory, and Project Accounting.
• Support ERP implementation projects, testing, go-live activities, and user training.

Job description

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled ERP Functional Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of their ERP systems.

The ERP Functional Consultant – Finance (Fixed Assets) is responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Fixed Assets module within the ERP system. The consultant works closely with finance stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design solutions, improve financial processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

The role requires strong expertise in fixed asset accounting, asset lifecycle management, depreciation methodologies, financial reporting, and ERP finance modules.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and provide ERP solutions for Fixed Assets processes.
• Configure and support Fixed Assets functionality, including:
• Asset capitalization
• Depreciation methods and books
• Asset transfers
• Asset retirement and disposal
• Asset revaluation and adjustments
• Ensure seamless integration between Fixed Assets and:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Procurement
• Inventory
• Project Accounting
• Support ERP implementation projects, upgrades, testing, and go-live activities.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• Develop functional specifications, test scripts, process documentation, and user manuals.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities and audit requirements.
• Translate business requirements into ERP functional specifications and solution designs.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Arabic Speakers are preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
