Job summary

DS DeepSource is seeking a Linux Administrator to manage and maintain Linux-based server environments in a security-conscious, high-availability setup.

You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux systems, automate routine tasks, and coordinate with development and network teams to ensure smooth deployments and secure operations. A BS in CS/IT with 4+ years of experience is required, RHCE/CompTIA Linux+ is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS).
• Experience with server management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCE, CompTIA Linux+) are a plus.
