Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Linux and Windows server environments.
• Support server monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with IT infrastructure operations and issue resolution.
• Work with cloud computing technologies and services.
• Support ManageEngine Endpoint Central, ADManager Plus, and ServiceDesk Plus.
• Assist with administration of other ManageEngine solutions as needed.
• Identify technical issues and implement resolutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders to support IT operations.
