Qureos Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable Farm Manager to oversee agricultural operations in the Al Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in farming practices, crop management, and team leadership to drive sustainable productivity. The role emphasizes strategic planning, adherence to local regulations, and collaboration with suppliers to source quality seeds, fertilizers, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of agronomy, soil science, and farm machinery.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to agricultural best practices.
• Develop and implement crop management plans, including planting schedules, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
• Monitor and evaluate crop health, soil conditions, and weather patterns to optimize yield.
• Manage and train farm staff, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production, labor, and expenses, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality seeds, fertilizers, and equipment.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements in farming techniques.
