Job summary

Atkins Realis Group is seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant in Saudi Arabia's Riyadh region to lead complex sustainability projects across multiple stages. The role demands expertise in green building certifications and energy and carbon assessments, with strong client-facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant sustainability consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in one or more sustainability disciplines including sustainable buildings and sustainable communities.
• Experience leading sustainability assessments, energy studies, carbon assessments and technical analyses.
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects across multiple project stages.
• Understanding of sustainability regulations, policies, industry standards and net zero frameworks.
• Professional accreditation such as LEED AP, WELL AP, Mostadam AP, Estidama PQP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit opportunities, proposals, and technical submissions.
• Prepare technical methodologies, scope definitions, and fee estimates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Participate in client presentations, workshops and strategy discussions.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and project extensions.
• Contribute to development of new sustainability services, tools, and methodologies.
