Saipem in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Survey Engineer to support offshore operations. You will install, test, and maintain survey equipment, plan mobilizations, calibrate instruments, and analyze survey data to support projects while adhering to HSE standards.

The role requires a electronics background with at least two years in surveying, English fluency, and familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office. Some travel within KSA is expected.

Formación

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field.
• 2 years’ experience as Survey Engineer.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits; proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Install, test, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot survey and positioning equipment.
• Plan and commissioning of survey system mobilization/demobilization activities.
• Maintain survey IT networks and positioning systems.
• Conduct equipment calibration, maintenance, and repairs.
• Perform quality control, data analysis, and interpretation of survey data.
• Support offshore survey operations using GNSS, acoustic positioning systems, and related equipment.
• Provide technical support to project survey teams and ensure compliance with procedures and HSE requirements.

Purpose of the position:

As Survey Engineer you will be part of the Offshore Operations within Survey Scope. You will support Survey Activity.

What are we looking for?

Education:

Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in ELECTRONIC field or similar

Background

2 years’ experience in Survey Engineer role

Languages:

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Technical Knowledge:

Possesses a basic understanding of electronic circuits and proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

What else should you know?

Some travelling will be expected within KSA
