Job summary

Novita invites applications for a casual disability support role based in Clare. You will deliver customised support in hub and in-home settings, promoting independence and community inclusion, and collaborating with a dedicated team to empower clients.

The role requires a minimum Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support, willingness to undertake mandatory trainings (NDIS Worker Orientation, CPR, medication management), a valid driver’s licence, and checks such as WWC and NDIS Worker

What you’ll need before starting

• Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support
• Achievement of certain certifications are mandatory requirements for this role; in applying you must be willing to undertake training in fields such as medication management, NDIS Worker Orientation Modules, CPR and others
• The successful applicant may be required to work Shift Work, In-Home, In-Hub and in other community settings
• Driver’s licence (minimum P2) and willingness to drive Novita vehicles
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
