Job summary

Novita is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our Port Pirie team. You will provide client and family-centred support across SIL, Hub and In-Home services, helping individuals live independently and participate in their communities.

This role requires a Certificate III in Disability (or equivalent), willingness to undertake mandatory trainings, and the ability to work a 24/7 roster. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team with commitment to person-centred care and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Disability or equivalent required.
• Willingness to undertake mandatory trainings (medication management, CPR, NDIS modules).
• Experience with people with disability is highly regarded.
• Able to work across SIL, In-Home, In-Hub and other settings on a 24/7 roster.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored support based on individual needs and outcomes.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care and medication.
• Promote community inclusion and meaningful relationships.
• Monitor program plans and report outcomes.
• Provide mobility and physical support as required.
