The role coordinates end-to-end movement of medical supplies—from requisitions to delivery—across suppliers, warehouses, and hospital departments, ensuring on-time availability.

Bachelor's degree in SCM related field preferred; healthcare procurement experience and strong Excel/Data Analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain operations for hospital and health care materials, medical supplies, consumables, and equipment.
• Support end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement and purchasing through receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier confirmations, deliveries, and material requirements.
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure required medical supplies and healthcare materials are available on time.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, procurement teams, warehouse teams, logistics providers, and hospital departments.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, quotations, delivery schedules, invoices, and supplier documentation.
• Monitor supplier lead times, delivery performance, order status, and outstanding purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding delayed, incomplete, damaged, or incorrect deliveries.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, supplier, financial, healthcare, and operational information.

Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support supply chain, procurement, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and materials management operations within a hospital and health care environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Supply Chain Executive will coordinate the end-to-end movement of medical supplies, healthcare products, pharmaceuticals, consumables, equipment, and other materials from suppliers through procurement, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and internal distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain operations for hospital and health care materials, medical supplies, consumables, and equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Supply Chain Executive, Supply Chain Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist, Supply Chain Officer, Procurement Executive, Purchasing Executive, Logistics Executive, or similar role.
• Experience in hospital, healthcare, medical supply, pharmaceutical, clinic, or health care environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Experience managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, quotations, supplier communications, and delivery schedules.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, quality control, and healthcare supply handling procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
