Position Summary

The Key Control & Administration Supervisor manages the governance of key control, access administration, and supporting housing office administrative processes within Qiddiya Workers Villages. The role ensures secure key custody, disciplined access controls, audit-ready records, and administrative coordination to support operational continuity and compliance.

Key Purpose of the Role

To safeguard access control and Housing administration processes through disciplined key management and structured administrative governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise key control office operations including issuance, returns, custody, and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate key registers, access logs, and administrative records
  • Enforce access authorization rules, SOPs, and escalation protocols
  • Coordinate with Security and Facilities Management on access requirements, lock changes, and incidents
  • Support housing office administrative workflows and documentation control
  • Conduct routine physical counts and reconciliations, reporting discrepancies
  • Train staff on key control and administrative procedures
Key Deliverables & Accountabilities
  • Accurate and up-to-date key registers and access logs
  • Routine reconciliations with discrepancy closure evidenceCompliance with key control and administration SOPs
  • Incident reports and corrective action tracking
  • Audit-ready records for key custody and administrative controls

Required Qualifications & Certifications
