Job summary

A luxury hospitality brand in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Event Supervisor to plan and deliver high-profile events. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in event planning, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage VIP protocols. This role includes curating a calendar of luxury member events and ensuring compliance with operational procedures. A Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field is required. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed event briefs and contingency plans.
  • Support member relations on guest lists and RSVP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for promotional activities.
  • Track event KPIs and prepare evaluation reports.
  • Support BOH Operations manager for regattas and sailing events.

Job Purpose

The Event Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering high-profile events and activations at Amaala Yacht პრაქტ. This includes member events, regattas, VIP functions, brand activations, and lifestyle experiences aligned with the club’s luxury identity. The role ensures seamless execution from concept to completion while working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional service, aesthetic excellence, and operational precision.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the full lifecycle of events, from concept, budgeting, and logistics to post-event reporting. With input from relevant internal departments.
  • Curate a seasonal calendar of luxury member events and experiential activations that enhance engagement and club prestige.
  • Liaise with internal teams, partners, and third‑party vendors to coordinate all event components including F&B, entertainment, décor, branding, permits, and security.
  • Ensure every event reflects the club’s luxury positioning, values, and brand tone.
  • Develop detailed event briefs, run‑of‑shows, and contingency plans.
  • Support Member relations colleagues on guest lists, RSVP systems, and VIP hosting protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing and PR for promotional and media engagement activities.
  • Track event KPIs and prepare post‑event evaluation reports.
  • Support the BOH Operations manager in the smooth execution of regattas and sailing‑related events in collaboration with the marina and yacht racing teams.
Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in event planning or luxury hospitality activations.
