Qiddiya | القدية seeks a Leasing Coordination Specialist to manage onboarding, occupancy, and tenant relations for the Film Studio asset. The role focuses on onboarding readiness, occupancy management, and proactive occupier servicing within a premium, entertainment-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, Property Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in leasing, tenant relations, or property management.
• Experience with mixed-use, entertainment, or specialized assets is preferred.
• Experience managing tenant-facing activities in commercial or hospitality settings.
• Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management能力.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of leasing and occupancy strategies across the Film Studio asset.
• Coordinate tenant and operator onboarding, move-in readiness, service activation, and operational integration.
• Act as the primary operational contact for tenants, operators, and commercial occupants across onboarding and occupancy stages.
• Manage tenant communication, issue resolution, and relationship management to support long-term retention.
• Coordinate lease administration, occupier documentation, and onboarding requirements per approved processes.
• Monitor occupancy utilization and service readiness across occupied spaces.
• Support tenant retention initiatives, renewals planning, and service quality improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional operational support with Finance, Operations, HSE, IT, and Corporate Enablement teams.
• Track tenant requests, escalations, and follow-ups through to closure.
• Assist in pricing, leasing frameworks, and commercial terms where required.
• Conduct tenant satisfaction follow-ups and identify service improvements.
• Monitor compliance with operational, contractual, access, and HSE requirements.
• Prepare occupancy reports, updates, onboarding trackers, and dashboards.
• Support leasing negotiations and commercial discussions as needed.
• Coordinate activation readiness for new tenants, operators, and strategic partnerships before go-live.
