Qualifications

• Experience in education sector or financial services is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• Proficiency with software and databases for processing payments and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Collect tuition fees and other charges during admission and registration.
• Verify student financial records and payment details for accuracy.
• Assist students and families with fees, deadlines, and payment options.
• Process payments via electronic systems, cash, checks, or other methods.
• Record all financial transactions in the student information system or database.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and payment reminders to students.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and liaise with students/guardians as needed.
• Collaborate with admissions and financial aid to coordinate payments.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, confidentiality, and data security.
• Contact debtors to negotiate payment plans and recover overdue debts.
• Explain debt repayment options and document communications with debtors.
• Provide regular reports to management on debt collection activities.
