Job summary

HireAlpha is seeking a seasoned Strategy & Transformation leader to drive the Retail Banking transformation roadmap in Riyadh. You will coordinate strategic programmes, build executive dashboards, and provide in-depth performance analyses to advise senior management.

The role requires 10–15 years in Banking with Retail exposure and at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, plus strong stakeholder management and a degree in Business/Finance/Strategy.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Banking with Retail Banking exposure.
• Background in Strategy/Transformation, PMO, Business Management, or Performance Management.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial/leadership capacity.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior banking leadership.
• Strong financial/business analysis and executive reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple strategic/transformation programmes; track delivery, milestones, risks, and financials.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, MI, and executive-level reports for senior management.
• Analyze Retail Banking financial and business performance; recommend improvement actions.
• Design and manage sales incentive plans and payout tracking tools.
• Lead/support projects on cost optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Represent Strategy & Transformation in management committees and senior stakeholder forums.
• Deputize for the Head of Strategy & Transformation as needed.

You'll coordinate strategic and transformation programmes across Retail Banking, build KPIs/MI/dashboards for senior management, analyze business performance, and support the design of sales incentive frameworks - acting as a trusted advisor to the Head of Strategy & Transformation.
