Job summary

Master Works is seeking a Senior Specialist in Vendor Relations to manage vendor relationships, oversee procurement activities, and administer framework agreements and contracts. The role ensures compliance, efficiency, timely delivery, and effective coordination between internal stakeholders and suppliers.

The position requires 4–5 years in vendor management or procurement, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin/Finance or related field, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, contracts or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and framework agreement management.
• Solid understanding of contract administration, work orders, PO pricing, and vendor performance management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and serve as primary contact for commercial and operational matters.
• Oversee procurement activities including RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and vendor selection.
• Develop, review, and administer framework agreements, work orders, POs, and amendments.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, timelines and deliverables.
