Job summary

Master Works in HQ is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end procurement activities, source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely delivery in line with company policies. The role requires strong supplier management, ERP system experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of proven procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process based on business requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers with competitive quotations.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Issue and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
• Monitor orders for timely delivery and maintain records.
• Coordinate with Finance on payments and approvals.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance with policies.
