The role requires 20 years of transport procurement experience, leadership of multi-package programmes, and regional GCC knowledge. You will mentor a procurement team and drive best practices across suppliers and contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of procurement experience in the transport sector.
• Leadership of procurement for large-scale, multi-package infrastructure programmes.
• Regional GCC/Middle East experience preferred, knowledge of Saudi Arabia procurement market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the procurement strategy for the PUA‑VST corridor within the DMO framework.
• Lead sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and award processes for major transport contracts.
• Ensure procurement governance, fairness, auditable processes, and timely contract awards.
