Job summary

Unified Real Estate Development Company in Riyadh seeks a proactive Tenant Relations Manager to bridge tenants and property management, ensuring superior tenant experience and smooth operations across our retail assets.

The role collaborates with Leasing, FM, Legal, and Finance to enhance satisfaction, onboarding, and lease compliance while coordinating events and engagement campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• Certification in Customer Service, Facility Management, or Real Estate is a plus.
• 3–6 years of experience in tenant relations, leasing support, or property management, preferably within retail real estate.
• Background in large-scale retail centers, mixed-use developments, or malls will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for tenants across retail and mixed-use developments.
• Manage tenant onboarding and handover processes in coordination with Leasing, Retail Delivery, and FM teams.
• Handle tenant requests, concerns, and service issues, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
• Coordinate with FM and Admin for maintenance, cleaning, and common area services.
• Support tenant fit-out approvals and ensure compliance with company and mall guidelines.
• Conduct periodic inspections and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with lease terms and property standards.
• Monitor tenant performance and feedback to identify improvement areas and drive engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate renewal reminders and collaborate with Leasing for timely follow-ups.
• Maintain updated tenant contact databases and records of correspondence.
• Prepare reports on tenant satisfaction, complaint trends, and service response performance.
• Support in organizing tenant events, promotional activities, and seasonal engagement campaigns.
• Strong understanding of tenant relations within retail or commercial real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience in ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
