Job summary

Misk Schools seeks an inspirational Principal for the Boys' Schools in Riyadh. You will work with the Director General to drive excellence, lead the Leadership Team, and ensure the school’s aims are achieved through strong governance, collaboration and safeguarding.

You will foster high teaching standards, staff development and student wellbeing while implementing the Development Plan across the Boys' Schools. Start January 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Leadership training NPQSL / CPML or equivalent required.
• Master’s in Education or Leadership preferred.
• Headship prep NPQH / CPAH or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director General on school operations and strategic development.
• Lead and chair the Boys' Schools leadership team.
• Deliver strategic objectives and development plans for Boys' Schools.
• Ensure safeguarding and student well-being across the schools.
• Develop staff and drive professional development across the SLT.
• Oversee calendar planning and coordinate with Senior Leadership Team Academic.
