Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a Road Network Engineer to plan, design, operate, and assess road networks for urban developments and large infrastructure projects in Riyadh. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Highway Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering is an advantage.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, operate, and assess road networks within urban developments and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Conduct traffic studies, analyses, and performance monitoring to improve connectivity and road safety.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and contractors across planning, construction, and operation phases.
• Review designs for compliance with local and international engineering standards.
• Support ITS and smart mobility integration with transportation systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Highway Engineering, or a related field

Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering (advantage)
