You will evaluate investment opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and collaborate with sales to achieve revenue targets while navigating the Saudi market regulations and dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Business Administration, Architecture, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in real estate business development and real estate sales in the KSA market.
• Strong understanding of the real estate development industry, market dynamics and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company projects through market analysis, study and networking.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify the business trends, needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including developers, investors, vendors and industry players to expand the network and enhance services.
• Support sales team to enhance communication and networking.
• Searching for new investment opportunities and evaluating their feasibility and suitability to the company's interests.
• Preparing feasibility studies and financial analyzes to evaluate real estate development projects.
