Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to support the Finance team at Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard. You will coordinate procurement, maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely availability of goods and services while complying with IHG standards.

The role requires a bachelor's or diploma in supply chain or related field and 2–3 years in purchasing or procurement, preferably in hospitality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain, preferably within hospitality.
Knowledge of purchasing procedures, inventory control, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders per hotel policies.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor inventory with Stores and Receiving to maintain adequate stock.
Review quotations and assist in obtaining competitive pricing while meeting quality standards.
Verify purchase documentation for accuracy and proper authorization.
Coordinate with department heads to support operational purchasing requirements.
Review supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies with Finance.
Maintain purchasing records and supplier documentation.
Ensure compliance with IHG purchasing policies, internal controls, and local regulations.
Support inventory counts, procurement reporting, and audit activities.
Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned by the Director of Finance & Business Support.
