Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to oversee planning and scheduling for engineering projects in Saudi Arabia. You will develop detailed schedules, coordinate with multiple departments, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will analyze requirements, allocate resources, and report status to stakeholders, while mentoring junior planners and driving continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in civil engineering or related field.
• UPDA/MMUP registration preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules with milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to gather requirements and define scope.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations and risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and report on schedule performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in scheduling and resources.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely material delivery.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior planning engineers and project teams.
