Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing planning data, developing schedules, monitoring progress, producing weekly and monthly reports, and using planning software including SAP and Excel. Strong organizational and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of planning techniques and documentation.
• Experience with planning software and tools.
• Ability to scope projects and create work schedules within timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing planning data for project progress submittals and ensure weekly/monthly reports.
• Prepare planning reports including manpower and material procurement for the project.
• Maintain files and input data for Planning Engineers.
• Develop and utilize tools for planning processes.
• Ensure planning processes adhere to procedures and regulations.
• Monitor progress and report variances to Planning Engineer.
• Provide feedback on subcontractor schedules and status.
• Input progress updates in Excel or related software.
• Collaborate with project team and stakeholders.
