Worley is seeking a Business Manager (AL 048N) in Saudi Arabia to lead the Project Controls function across proposal, engineering, construction and closeout phases. You will provide strategic direction to multidisciplinary teams, ensure alignment with client objectives and contractual requirements, and drive governance and reporting frameworks.

With a focus on cost control, scheduling, and commercial activities, you will oversee invoicing, profitability analyses, and cash flow.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management or related discipline.
• Experience in oil and gas industry and offshore projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage primary business functions from proposal through closeout, leading multidisciplinary project support teams to ensure alignment with client objectives, contractual requirements, company policies, and project performance targets.
• Develop and manage integrated project controls systems with KPIs and reporting frameworks to provide timely and accurate project status information.
• Lead commercial proposals, budget estimates, and resource plans.
• Lead negotiations for new contracts, amendments, and change orders while ensuring compliance and profitability, and forecast manpower across projects.
• Participate in capital project planning, budgeting, and performance reviews, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate audits, maintain contract rate structures, and support profitability analyses and cash flow projections.
• Oversee monthly client invoices, collections, and alignment with cash flow forecasts.
