Job summary

You will oversee project controls staff and be accountable for the performance of the Project Controls function, directing cost, schedule and estimating activities to deliver value across Asset Performance Solution projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 20+ years in O&M or related fields, with strong leadership, cost control, forecasting, and reporting skills, including Power BI and Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 20+ years of experience in O&M projects, A&F, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project controls staff (cost, schedule, estimating) and provide leadership.
• Manage quarterly earnings gap analysis for Asset Performance Solution business.
• Lead monthly PSR reviews and oversee forecast model updates.
• Develop project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures; follow-up on actions.
