Honeywell International Inc. in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Program Controls Specialist to lead and govern program controls across a portfolio of large, complex projects.

You will drive cost management, scheduling, forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting to ensure successful delivery and strong financial results. Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in project controls, program controls, cost management, planning, scheduling, PMO leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading project controls across large-scale capital projects, infrastructure, data centers, energy, or technology programs.
• Advanced expertise in cost management, forecasting and budgeting, schedule management, Earned Value Management, risk management, and portfolio reporting.
• Extensive working knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and enterprise project controls systems.
• Strong understanding of project finance, accounting principles, cash flow management, accruals, and cost-to-complete methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a complex matrix organization.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, communication, reporting, and executive presentation skills.
• Proven experience leading project controls teams and developing project controls capability and talent.

Mansioni

• Lead development and governance of program controls frameworks across multiple projects and programs.
• Provide strategic oversight of budgets, forecasts, schedules, cash flow, earned value performance, and KPIs.
• Direct portfolio-wide cost and schedule forecasting activities with accurate, transparent reporting.
• Establish and maintain baselines for scope, schedule, cost, progress and performance.
• Lead monthly business reviews and executive reporting with variance analysis.
• Drive risk assessment, schedule delays, cost overruns, and resolution actions.
• Partner with directors and teams to optimize outcomes and financial performance.
• Provide executive dashboards using Power BI, SAP, Primavera P6, and Excel.
• Lead change management and governance with cost, schedule, and contractual impacts.
• Oversee program controls staff through coaching and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with governance, audits, and industry best practices.
• Direct portfolio risk management, contingency planning, and escalation of exposures.
• Support business planning, resource forecasting and long-range portfolio analysis.
• Establish standards and best practices to improve forecasting, reporting, data integrity, and efficiency.
• Lead audits, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as primary controls focal point for executives, customers and auditors.
