Job summary

FNRCO in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Production Planner to develop daily through monthly production schedules, align capacity with orders, and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams. You will monitor progress, verify material availability, and optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency.

A Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering and strong Excel/ERP/MRP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in production planning and material planning.
• Knowledge of scheduling, inventory control, demand forecasting and capacity planning.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Develop production plans based on orders and forecasts.
• Ensure production capacity aligns with customer requirements.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Verify material availability before releasing work orders.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely materials.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess stock.
• Optimize schedules and resource use to improve efficiency.
