Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in relevant engineering field.
• Experience in material planning, procurement, or manufacturing supply chains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply material planning procedures per department requirements.
• Review material needs based on forecasts, production schedules, and inventory reports.
• Prepare and issue material requisitions to procurement within required timelines.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, components, and consumables.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain inventory data and resolve variances.
• Liaise with procurement and production planning to align material availability with schedules.
• Monitor KPIs related to availability, accuracy, and fulfillment rates.
• Identify potential risks (delays, shortages) and propose mitigations.
