Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant professional experience in strategic planning, strategy management, business planning, performance management, corporate planning, or a related field.
• Experience in a strategy management, business planning, or corporate performance environment is preferred.
• Strong capability in building dashboards and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and periodic review of the organization’s strategic plan.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance using Balanced Scorecard.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting.
• Governance frameworks, policies and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with PMO to monitor milestones and deliverables.
• Track strategic initiatives and highlight risks and performance gaps.
