Advansys is seeking a high-performing Outsourcing Sales Manager (BFSI Sector) based in Saudi Arabia to drive revenue growth through Strategic IT Outsourcing and offshore delivery centers. You will lead new business acquisition and manage key enterprise accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in Enterprise B2B solution sales, strong C-suite engagement, and a proven track record of closing complex IT outsourcing deals within BFSI in the KSA. Hybrid work and medical insurance are offered.

Qualifications

5+ years in Enterprise B2B solution sales or account management in BFSI IT services
Based in Saudi Arabia with a strong regional network
Experience selling IT outsourcing or offshore delivery center solutions
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Business administration
Excellent negotiation and closing skills; proven quota attainment

Responsibilities

Develop data-driven commercial plans to grow Advansys’ outsourcing footprint within KSA target industries
Lead end-to-end RFI/RFQ/RFP processes with compelling proposals
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with new enterprise prospects
Provide weekly pipeline forecasts to senior leadership
Secure contract renewals and upsell offshore delivery services
Onboard at least two new major enterprise clients annually
Build senior stakeholder relationships with C-Suite and IT leaders in KSA
