The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in corporate law and a proven background in drafting and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support ME Foods Legal function in issuing accurate contracts.
• Draft, review, and finalize all types of contracts under pressure.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, civil, and commercial matters.
• Manage trademark portfolio and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Implement company policies in relation to legal documentation.
