Job summary

Devsinc, LLC is seeking a Lead Business Analyst – Data Management & Analytics to bridge business requirements with data/tech delivery. You will lead analysis for data-driven initiatives, translating needs into BRDs, data requirements, rules, and delivery plans, while coordinating with data owners, engineers, and governance teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

You will drive analytics, reporting, and KPI definitions, supporting UAT and sign-off, with a focus on data integration,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Management, Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with UAT, stakeholder validation, and solution acceptance.
• Experience with data governance, metadata, and data-quality concepts.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering activities with business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Translate requirements into BRDs, functional requirements, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Define data rules, calculations, validation criteria, thresholds, and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and governance teams to ensure data quality and regulatory alignment.
• Support dashboards, BI initiatives, and performance reporting.
• Manage stakeholder communications and delivery milestones.
