The role focuses on handling corporate client requests, coordinating bookings, and maintaining service quality and client satisfaction for key accounts, with emphasis on bilingual communication and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s in business or related field.
• 2–3 years in customer service or operations.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with internal booking and reservation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong customer focus and ability to provide excellent service.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage bookings, schedules, and internal requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day requests from corporate clients for rentals and chauffeur services.
• Coordinate national bookings, deliveries, and customer follow-up with rental car team (Cash to Cash and Credit).
• Ensure service standards and client satisfaction.
• Liaise with operations and dispatch teams.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Sixt fleet solutions.
• Track account performance and report to Sales Management.
