Job summary

ENGIE Saudi Arabia is seeking a Head of HSE to lead Health, Safety, Environment and Process Safety across Generation International assets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will provide strategic HSE leadership, implement HSE policies, standards and Life Saving Rules, and align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

The role reports to the GI Managing Director KSA and requires executive leadership, risk management expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or similar with focus on HSE.
• Internationally recognized HSE qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience including leadership roles in power, water, industrial or energy sectors.
• Experience in KSA environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the KSA HSE strategy and governance.
• Lead and coach HSE teams and drive culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ENGIE and regulatory requirements and Life Saving Rules.
• Oversee and coordinate incident investigations and learning processes.
