Job summary

NATCO Middle East in Jeddah is seeking an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment and daily HR operations. You will collaborate with the Executive Director, Finance, and department heads to drive staffing and HR processes.

Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR reporting, with a focus on Saudi regulations and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience including recruitment and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and Nitaqat.
• Experience in payroll coordination, attendance, leave and overtime administration.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); HRIS experience is an advantage.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, agencies, universities and professional networks.
• Prepare and handle employee documents, including employment contracts and HR letters.
• Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records in digital and hard copy.
• Track and renew contracts, IDs, iqama and work permits.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records.
• Prepare payroll inputs for Finance and HR reports for management.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with document clearance.
• Provide confidential HR support as first point of contact.
