Job summary

MBRF in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced HR professional to lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and people strategies. You will collaborate with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs and oversee onboarding, HR policies, and employee relations.

You will implement programs to attract, develop, and retain talent, maintain HR records, analyze KPIs, and ensure compliance with internal regulations.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR or related field.
• Native Arabic speaker and fluent English is essential.
• Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS (ERP based) and SAP is advantageous.
