Job summary

CS & Clarks seeks an experienced HR Manager in Riyadh to lead human resources strategy and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding for a multinational organization.

The role requires strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, excellent communication, and capability to develop competitive compensation programs and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM/BA or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar in Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and employment practices.
• Strong HR policies, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and policies aligned with Saudi labor laws.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
• Lead recruitment by identifying talent needs, postings, screening, and interviews.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts in compliance with labor regulations.
• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance skills and growth.
• Implement and monitor performance management systems to drive engagement.
• Maintain accurate HR records, data, and reports for planning and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment practices in Saudi Arabia.
• Provide leadership and support to the HR team, fostering a positive work environment.
