Job summary

The House Hotel Jeddah King Road in Jeddah seeks a Revenue & Reservation Manager to lead revenue management, pricing and forecasting efforts across all channels. You will drive inventory management, pricing strategy, and performance reporting in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Finance to maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in hospitality, strong analytics, and fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in hospitality with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, pricing, forecasting, budgeting and distribution.
• Experience with PMS, RMS, CRS and distribution platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• English fluency; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and market share.
• Manage pricing, inventory, availability, and distribution across all channels.
• Prepare and maintain revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Monitor KPI including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI, MPI, and ARI.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead regular revenue and commercial strategy meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Finance.
• Analyze booking pace, channel performance and stay patterns to guide pricing.
• Oversee rate structures, restrictions, promotions and demand-based pricing.
• Support pre-opening or seasonal ramp-up activities.
• Provide actionable revenue insights to management.
