Job summary

Gathern | جاذر إن is seeking a senior leader to own and drive the organization's business intelligence strategy, analytics governance, and dashboard standardization. You will ensure accurate, scalable insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.

You will lead the BI team, collaborate with executives to set priorities, and oversee reporting platforms, data integrity, and automation initiatives to improve decision-making at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in business intelligence or analytics roles.
• 3–5+ years in leadership or management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise BI strategy.
• Establish standardized reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and governance policies.
• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Lead BI transformation and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define analytical priorities.
• Present executive-level insights and performance summaries.
