Job summary

Tanmiah is seeking a Governance Lead to oversee the development, implementation, and strengthening of governance frameworks across the organization in Riyadh. The role focuses on ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, promoting transparency, and accountability throughout all operations.

Responsibilities include establishing governance procedures, leading IT governance, developing policies, and delivering annual governance reports.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of governance experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks and corporate governance standards.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish governance procedures and controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead IT governance across all program departments.
• Develop governance processes, policies, and annual governance reports.
• Lead workshops and awareness sessions on corporate governance policies.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and close governance-related non-conformities.
• Provide performance reports on governance policy compliance across Tanmiah.
• Review roles and responsibilities including authority matrix and delegation of limits.
