Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate governance, compliance, or a related field.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and enhancement of the governance framework.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Oversee integration of governance across departments for consistent standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies; address gaps.
• Manage governance support activities for the Board and committees.
• Monitor compliance and provide reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify, assess, and manage governance-related risks and controls.
