Job summary
Foodics is seeking a senior FP&A and Investor Relations leader to own budgeting, forecasting, and investor communications. You will partner with the CFO, CEO, and Board to translate performance into strategic decisions, strengthen governance of OPEX and investments, and build scalable AI-enabled FP&A processes across a SaaS/fintech business.
You will influence resource allocation and collaborate across Commercial, Product, Technology, and Operations teams.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in FP&A or strategic finance with leadership.
- Professional CMA or CFA certification.
- Strong SaaS/fintech knowledge and unit economics.
- Proficient in Claude AI for finance tasks.
- Experience presenting to Executive Committee / Board / investors.
Responsibilities
- Own annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and reforecasts.
- Lead monthly performance reviews across revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, OPEX.
- Translate results into concise executive insights and action plans.
- Build driver-based financial models and scenario analyses.
- Partner with Commercial, Product, Technology and Operations finance teams.
- Govern OPEX, headcount, CAPEX and investments with accountability.
- Evaluate pricing, new products, geographies, partnerships, and M&A cases.
- Upgrade FP&A systems and automate reporting processes.
